1. Services Provided

Safespress Logistics provides domestic and international freight services, including but not limited to Air Freight, Road Transport, Sea Cargo, and Warehouse Management. All services are subject to vehicle availability and regional connectivity.

2. Booking and Documentation

• Customers must provide accurate information regarding the nature, weight, and value of the cargo.
• All shipments must be accompanied by valid legal documents, including GST invoices and E-way bills, as required by Indian Law.
• Safespress Logistics reserves the right to inspect any shipment to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

3. Payments and Charges

• All service charges are calculated based on weight, volume, distance, and the type of freight service selected.
• Payments must be made through our authorized channels (Online Portal, Bank Transfer, or UPI).
• Any additional charges, such as tolls, entry taxes, or storage fees due to delivery delays on the customer’s part, will be billed to the customer.

4. Liability and Insurance

• While we take the utmost care of your cargo, Safespress Logistics is not liable for losses caused by “Acts of God” (natural disasters) or unavoidable accidents.
• We strongly recommend customers opt for Transit Insurance for high-value goods. Our liability in case of damage is limited to the terms mentioned in the consignment note.

5. Prohibited Items

We do not transport illegal substances, explosives, hazardous chemicals (unless specialized), or any items prohibited under the Indian Postal Act or Aviation Safety Guidelines.

6. Delivery Timelines

“On Time, Every Time” is our commitment. However, delivery schedules may be affected by weather conditions, strikes, or road blocks. We will provide real-time updates through our digital communication channels in such cases.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
